Really don't know how to thank John. He is a wonderful person and very professional as a business provider. I talked to a couple of people before John about this yellow powder inside of the house and no one wanted to come and do a site inspection if there were no insects around. The yellow powder just kept appearing. My husband found John from Google search along with a couple of others and he was the first person to respond to my message and set up a site visit. Turns out that the issue is not caused by insects so he didn't charge me a penny. He solved a problem that no one else could figure out. He also advised what needs to be done next to fix it. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his service if anyone needs help with pest control.
